While it took longer than expected to complete my repair, it was only because of the difficulty in parts acquisition. Meanwhile, Randi kept me informed and calm. LOL. In the end, which really is what counts, the car was returned in beautiful condition and I could not be happier! Also, Randi was a great help in navigating the insurance issues, which were settled to my great satisfaction. I could not recommend these folks enough.
