Firstly, I appreciate the regular updates provided throughout the repair process. It was reassuring to be kept informed about the progress of my car. However, there were several issues that impacted my overall experience. I was notified that my car was ready for pickup, but upon arrival, I was informed after a 20-minute wait that it was not ready. This miscommunication was frustrating and inconvenient. The major concern arose after I collected my car. It began exhibiting multiple issues that were not present before the service. It cut off unexpectedly at a red light, various warning codes appeared, and it took several attempts to start the car. My husband experienced similar difficulties this morning, which is worrying as these problems did not exist prior to the service. On a positive note, the lady who assisted me was very kind and patient, which I appreciated during this stressful situation. Overall, while the customer service had its positive aspects, the mechanical issues following the service have been disappointing and concerning. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to restore my confidence in Caliber Collision services.
