Randi was the best to work with! She helped us get into the shop quick after a car wreck, and knew all the information we didn’t regarding our insurance with payment etc. She made our experience at Caliber very good.

Although the repair process took longer than expected, but Randi kept me updated every step of the way & it was a couple of hurdles. They even washed my vehicle. I would give Caliber 10/10. Thank you again!!

Although it was not delivered on the day that they originally said it would be, they did their best to get it to me as soon as they could.
