They work hard for you. Parts are difficult at times for some vehicles.

The top of my door and the bottom of the door does not meet the seal and looks crocked but i was told to wait two weeks to a month because it is a new seal that was installed on the door. Really? It made less noise when i brought it in after the hit and run but they want me to believe that it is a new seal. Disappointment abound and well i will wait but expect the door to be fixed. Just again disappointed by no one saying well bring it back soonest and we will look at it. Hope it comes out correct because 6000 dollars for a fender bender on a door and its worse than when i brought it in.

The several text notifications about status were awesome. I was told from other car shops they were behind by months and no room to put my car and would not take my car in. Caliber was the only one and did it in 2 months and during the Xmas and New Year holidays! I was patient and very satisfied about the timing under those conditions. I am very happy with this company, employees especially including Jeannine and Randi. And thank you for everything!

I really have not had a chance to look over the repairs yet fully. But what I see so far looks great! I would however suggest that a car wash would have been super. But I have no complaints!
