Only issue is from the previous issues described which is that the car had a white powder dust all over the interior and the wire harness cover is still loose/doesn’t stay on like the drivers side which is held together by factory zip tie

Great work but when I picked up my car it was dusty all over the leather interior from a white powder and the passenger side door harness cover that covers the wires from the door to the car was not put on properly and does not stay on. Driver side has factory zip tie holding it together and this was left open which exposes all the wires

I didn’t want some random company replacing glass on my 2023 in a parking lot and took a chance on Caliber being able to service the repair. Not only were they able to repair and replace the item timely, the staff went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. It may not be the case all the time, but the cost was actually half of the glass company competitor. Always do your research for what you need and make sure you include them on your list! Great service!
