I am very appreciative for Janine. She is professional, knowledgeable and personable. The gentleman who assessed the damage on my car the day I dropped it off (I can’t remember his name, sorry) was straightforward with the repair time of 2-3 weeks. I’m happy that his timeframe matched! When I arrived in my rental today, I saw my car and WHAT A BEAUTY!! Job well done! I wasn’t able to speak to him, but Thanks RANDY, looks good as new. It was my first accident and first time dealing with insurance, a repair shop, rentals and you all made it a smooth process-this is what really matters. CUSTOMER CARE! Thanks again! 😊💕
