I was quoted the cost of the part to fix my car. When I went to pay the part somehow magically went up a good bit. I asked about it and I was told they dont know what the part cost until it gets to the shop. Thats hard for me to believe. So I would have ordered it myself. Bad business

I was expecting to be my Bronco in the shop for a while after my run in with a buck going home a week after I got it. But Matt with Caliber Collision in Seneca was nice, made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle and was back to being new and in my driveway!

Treated my daughter wonderfully (clemson student) as we were 5 states away and this was her first fender bender and she was so upset ams nervous. They actually drove her back to campus and brought the car to her when finished. Unbelievable! I cant say enough about the people who work there. What a class act from head to toe. Just plain good old fashioned people. What a lost art in today’s world. Good for them for doing it right!
