Thank you guys for bringing my car back in one piece. I'm really grateful for everything that you guys did. Especially Joe being straightforward and not beating around the bush. Letting me know that I'm probably going to have to pay the full amount of the deductible which I wasn't mad, but his honesty helped me get through it a little bit easier.
