Prestige Collision Services is an I-CAR Gold Class and Honda/Acura Pro First facility that is dedicated to making the customer experience after an accident a pleasant one. We know that having an accident and getting your car repaired affects your normal day to day routine, but we strive to minimize that impact by our processes and customer service. Along with the other complaints, protection strip on the door they had to work on, which had nothing wrong with it when I brought it, hangs loose now. Evidently they had to take it loose to do what they did and only put it back in place instead of putting new. Also when I picked it up I noticed there was a lot less gas in my car than was in it when I took it. They entered the mileage in was 7,534. When I pick it up and had gone about 25 miles, I check the mileage. It was 7,829. Can you explain this???

They had to do work on a door that had nothing wrong with it when I brought it there to be fixed.
