The GEICO gal at Caliber, Aiola did a wonderful job keeping me informed about my truck repairs. You guys are a busy shop and anyone bringing their car to you should expect it will take a while for repairs to be completed. A few hiccups with wrong parts delivered and paint shop delays. But overall I am happy with the results and glad to have my truck back in good shape.

Overall the repair was amazing , couldn't have asked for a better repair. Before dropping off my car I took it to get detailed so that I wasn't leaving a "dirty" car for anyone to have to deal with. When I picked up my vehicle( Which was after hours) the entire interior of my vehicle was covered in a thick layer of what looked like saw-dust I assume from where they had sanded the side of my car during repair. Both the front and back sides of all seats , my interior windows and windshield were very nasty so I had to take it to clean as soon as I picked up. I just feel they could have cleaned my car better before allowing for pickup.
