Was advised that one of three issues would be under the $500 deductible was counciled to pay out of pocket to save on insurance. Not only was it over the $500. All that was done was spray paint over the existing scratch. Also both primary and secondary contacts were not informed that the repairs had been completed. Nearly causing us to pay extra for the rent car. Ye we are not satisfied
