Chandler at Caliber Collision was very good with communicating to me the progress of my cars repairs and informing me about my insurance payments. My car was stuck at Caliber Collision for an extra 3 1/2 weeks because USAA wouldn’t issue payments due to issues on USAA’s side. These weeks were incredibly stressful for all of us. Caliber Collision did a wonderful job and they always have. They go above and beyond for their customers.
