From the first phone call this company's customer service has been outstanding. They explained every step of the way what was going on, the process, the time line. They left detailed messages and when I did have to call they were friendly and helpful. Needing car work can be such a stressful process but they made a difficult situation much less stressful. My only complaint is the lack of communication between the staff. My paperwork didn’t get to the proper person for days. Also the guy who initially helped me didn’t set up the paint less repairs he assured me would happen
