Lots of excuses, but almost done, just have to get decal for door, and finished bill to insurance almost 2x as much. Finished door/ rocker panel does look good

Took vehicle in 6/8, projected for 6/30 completion . Did not get till 7/20. Still need a badge on passenger door( (1500 classic decal ). Did not have 2nd car. Very inconvenient. I live 3 bus rides away in Alma. Approx. 30 miles away

Time for completion kept getting delayed. Then final bill was twice original estimate. ( looked like simple repair, but I’m not auto body expert). Door shell for estimate was $1230, price for new door( part), then told they used used “door shell” finished product appears ok. I priced doors thru Pull and Pay auto parts doors at $100

Had considerable difficulty obtaining parts for this repair and took much longer than expected because Subaru was unable to provide the parts for my new model. However, even though the process was slow the final product was excellent. The vehicle looks as good as new and the workmanship appears superior. Cudos to all from the front office to the repair and paint shops for a job well done!

They said 5-7 business days for repair and it took 9. They had my car for a total of 11 days. They were very noncommittal on completion date throughout the process. I understand things can come up but…. Otherwise, they were professional and friendly.
