I am really impressed with the repair work that was completed and would consider myself happy. However I was told I wouldn’t be able to tell anything ever happened and that is not the case. While maybe I wouldn’t know the extent of the damage, it didn’t take long for me to spot some differences and imperfections. There is a defect in the rear bumper right next to the gas cap, a not insignificant gap between the fender and headlight(can see into the engine bay), and a few small nicks in the grill and paint on the front bumper. On the other hand the front bumper is still in objectively better condition than before as it is no longer covered in rock chips. Finally I wouldn’t consider this to be a result of the repair work but potentially a symptom of the impact, there is an interior rattle on the passenger side of the vehicle that was present before but is significantly worse now. I have been trying to diagnose it myself since before the accident but now it’s much more annoying. This is from a very critical and detail obsessed lens, but if I take a step back and am rational I never expected it to be perfect and am certainly satisfied.

I will ask them about the cleaning when I go in again. I frankly don’t expect them to wash my car but in the past I think they have. The windshield was even dirty. But I love these guys.
