I was happy with the great care that Josh and team provided with assessing the damage but unhappy with how the project was managed. I was given a June 4 completion date and was unable to retrieve my vehicle until June 12. Diring g the process I was given an excuse of the delay of the painter being out, and getting 2 sets of broken front lights in. A project is a project and I feel that in this instance both Josh and Caliber did not manage the project to the expectations that were set with me.
