Overall I'm not that impressed with their service. I appreciate that they kept me informed about the repairs, but it took longer than expected, they didn't listen to me when I said how to turn off the car alarm with just the key, so I had to drive back to the shop and drop it off. And as of now, my keyless entry no longer works. When I spoke with Brad about it he said no electrical in my car was touched, but when I reviewed the final bill with State Farm, the said different and that an electrical piece was removed and replaced as part of the repair.
