The customer service I received by the receptionist/ coordinator was outstanding. She was able to answer all of my questions & handle all of my needs. If it wasn't for her I would have had my car repaired somewhere else. She is so accomidating.

I had to call to get an update on the repair. They said someone would call me on the first day in regards to questions i had. In fact a week later still no one had called me.

the quality of the repair was good, but the customer service lacked common follow up to keep the customer informed throughout the service.

they were great prior to the repair amd once i issued a complaint that they never followed up, they did try to better the service provided. however throughout the repair, they never once followed up.

I believe the repair quality was very good. I don't know much about cars, however, it doesn't feel like I was in an accident.

Customer Service started off good, especially considering the negative reviews online. I understand people will always over exaggerate things when they are frustrated...so I took those with a grain of salt. It was nice to be kept up to date on the progress of the vehicle in the beginning. This faded off towards the end.

Thank you Brad for keeping me informed on the status of my car. The insurance company was difficult to deal with on this occasion, but once Caliber got a hold of my vehicle, they kept me constantly informed, went above and beyond with washing the car and charging the battery, and getting the vehicle back to me in a timely manner. This is the second time I've used Caliber, and both times I've been pleased. Thank you!
