The end result was fine, but the Silverthorne store never contacted us after the car was brought to them, and then added over 1200dollars to the first appraisal without telling us.

I understand that delays happen. My car was returned in excellent condition and I was happy with the work done. I was only frustrated and disappointed by the length of time it took to repair since it was finished a week later than promised.
