The repair of the bumper and headlight assembly was great. I was disappointed that they did not replace headlight bulbs for a $3,000 fix even when I asked before completion.

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision! They did an excellent job with my vehicle repairs and were dedicated to high quality outcomes! I appreciated that they advocated for the correct parts despite what the insurance company had approve and were able to obtain the part that fit my car the best. I was absolutely impressed by the communication and frequent updates on the status of the repairs. Josh was awesome to work with and we really appreciated his attention to detail. Sarah was amazing to get us scheduled and in for repairs earlier than we expected and also made all of the arrangements for a rental car for us. We can’t speak more highly of the entire staff at Caliber Collision! We were highly satisfied.
