I would not recommend Caliber to anyone. The repair work was sloppy, required multiple return visits including for a serious safety issue, and the customer service was abysmal and dismissive rather than accountable. I also have little confidence in the overall repair since the visible work was poorly done and even the corrected paint does not look right.

I had to bring my vehicle back twice after the repair due to poor workmanship, including a serious safety issue where the front passenger seatbelt was reinstalled behind the interior panel and was unusable. The car was also returned with chipped paint that required another visit to correct. Beyond the repair quality, the customer service was extremely disappointing. My concerns about safety, repeat mistakes, and lost time were minimized and treated as a simple inconvenience rather than acknowledged appropriately. A reasonable request for compensation was dismissed, and the response focused only on the fact that the car was “fixed now,” with no accountability for the repeated failures. This situation could have been resolved proactively with basic customer care. Instead, it escalated unnecessarily and left me with little confidence in the repair quality — including the work I cannot see. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and far below the standard I would expect for such significant repair work.
