I am very satisfied with my recent repair experience at Caliber Collision. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. I especially want to recognize Sarah at the front desk — she was welcoming, patient, and made the entire process easy to understand. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. And a special thank-you to Josh, the technician who worked on my vehicle. He did an absolutely wonderful job with the repairs, and his politeness and dedication truly impressed me. When I came to pick up my car, he even ran outside to remove the snow from my windshield — a small gesture that meant a lot and showed how much he cares about customers. Please pass along my sincere appreciation to the entire team. They all did a fantastic job, and I’m grateful for the excellent service.

The only large auto repair place in the vicinity. No other choices. For the most part, I think they do a great job though.

The bed still is pushed in from the collision. It doesn't line up with the cab as it should. Visible when viewing it approaching the passenger door from the rear. I'm sure it's difficult to get perfect, but it seems as though it wasn't even attempted to make the contour of the bed match the cab. Paint looks good
