I am mixed on this. On one hand, the customer service reps helped make sure that the insurance company was kept up to date and covered the repairs, and also gave me updates. That said, I would have liked more help at the beginning of the process with the insurance and car rental, and the repair was delayed for weeks.

So far everything with the door that was replaced seems to be fine.

Everyone was generally friendly and helpful. There seemed to be a disconnect in communication between people within the office on where things stood and what was done. There seemed to be issues and delays with insurance but it is hard to tell from the outside whose fault it was or if it is just the way shops and insurance work with each other. There we multiple times that Sarah was the only one working and we needed questions answered that could only be answered by people who were not there.
