The CALIBER COLLISION employee who looked after my car and described the damage. Named Joshua, is always tired and short on time. When I first came in, I told him both of my headlights needed to be replaced because there would be a big difference. He said it would be fine. After the repair, it wasn't fine, and my headlights were different. The car looked bad. When I tried to show him this, he told me to have a nice day six times and refused to discuss it. When I showed him this and another thing on the grille, he said I had an old car. That's none of his business; for me, it's a new car, and I want it repaired and the car just like it was before the accident. Especially since it wasn't my fault.

Although the repairs took longer than I anticipated, the repairs exceeded my expectations! The PDR repairman did an exceptional job and my car looks like new! The professionalism and communication of Josh and Sarah were not only timely and thorough, but greatly appreciated as well! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision after my experience!

Thanks to the whole crew for getting my Tacoma back on the road. I understand you have to rely on people and businesses outside of your control to get parts, etc. Sometimes delays happen, Sarah and Josh kept me in the loop on timing of parts arrival and delays outside of their control (a truck fire delayed my parts arriving). Despite the fire delay my truck was ready on the modified date expected after I was told some parts were on a separate delivery. The repair looks great and the truck was released to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. I didn't meet the technicians who did the repair but the team did great! Thanks so much and hope I don't have to see you anytime soon ;-).
