The repairs performed were fine it was the indefinite timeline of the repairs, 2-3 days turned into two weeks. tech fell behind schedule (fair we all have) after more time I was told the vehicle was completed just needed trim fit and calibrations performed a few days later a notice of apologies additional parts were required. In short the execution was poor but the finished product was great.

Spoke with Shane Terrell, my issues where resolved. But, outside of any issues I had. This may just be a localized situation due to certain employees. With that being said, I just hope that this was a recognized situation that will not happen again.

When needing to recieve updates I was the one to call the majority of the time. They wjere suppose to touch base with me before they starting working on vehicle. No call nor email received. Overall communication, I would consider as a previous Hr employee in staffing would not be accepted from me.
