Had a very bad experience with caliber collision I wouldn’t refer this company to anyone the cause for this is that corporate management this is not to reflect on the manager of this shop in Somerset I was lied to from the start by higher management not the ones from this shop if this is the way you treat all your customers I don’t think you will last long in business around here this is a small town and the word gets around about how they get treated now I stress that this has nothing to do with the original employees of the shop it is corporate management that gets a f you failed badly and I hope you do better coming into a community starting out like this will reflect bad on your company do not like how survey works if i rate the work a 10 it makes you look good I’m satisfied with the paint and body men dissatisfied with corporate

We were updated as progress was made, they took care of all the insurance issues, we never had to speak to one person after the vehicle was dropped off. We actually were told 90 days to complete the work and it only took about 41 days, which is amazing. The entire experience was awesome, from the Caliber Group in Richmond that got us setup to the Caliber Group in Somerset that completes the work. I honestly really was not look forward to what I thought it was going to take to get it repaired but, it was easy for us, we really did nothing on our end and the truck was back to us look at good as new. Much appreciation to everyone involved!

Everything was handled well. I was pleased with the communication. I was able to get in quickly. The work was done on time. The car felt brand new after their work.
