Kenna was very cordial, prompt, and easy to communicate with. She managed the expectation and schedule well. For the car earlier that the previously appointed time for pick up! Linda was also very helpful in seating up the appointment and am glad I went to the Springville office versus the Provo one. They area a great asset to Caliber!
