I think they did a good job through the whole process except it was dirty so I could not see the paint very well where they had painted on it.

I’ve never been more motivated to leave a 5 star review in my life. You guys (especially Gaige and Chris) were amazing to work with. Made me feel like an absolute VIP with all my needs being addressed in a very stressful time for me. You're communication was super clear and extremely transparent with me. You finished earlier than your estimated timeframe by 2 weeks and the quality of the repair made the car look better than it did prior to the accident. I’m extremely impressed. I almost chose martins before trusting my gut and going with you guys, and you 100% lived up to the reviews (even though there are less overall). When I returned to pick it up, you even returned the rental for us so we didn’t have to make the extra trip, which helped us tremendously. Seriously above and beyond service and I will definitely be going with you if I ever have an accident again and telling all my friends and family to do the same. Thank you! Great service, Gaige was very thorough in the assessment of the damage on my car, he helped with explaining the agreement and final bill, accurately marked the car for damage not included in the repairs to be made, everything excellent with his customer service. This was the first time I had brought my car for any bodywork repair, and my car was returned to me far ahead of the scheduled completion date, and at a reasonable price. No complaints at all, well done, Caliber Collision!
