They were excellent from beginning to end! They were thorough and attentive. They kept us posted with updates and simplified a potentially stressful process for us. They coordinated with the car rental and made vehicle exchanges super easy and hassle free. They even vacuumed and wiped down the inside! They really take care of their customers. Loved Caliber Collision! Chris was awesome! He kept me up to date often on the progress of my vehicle which was so nice. He was very professional but also made you feel like you weren’t just another customer. If anything happens to any of my cars again I would definitely choose Caliber over another collision place. I’ve dealt with other collision repair shops and they took forever and never kept me updated. You won’t run into any issues like that with Caliber. 10/10 for sure would recommend!
