I had a very bad experience with caliber Not everything was fixed when I got told my vehicle was ready to get picked up A technician tried to fix the issues outside before I took the vehicle but 3 things were missed it was very disappointing wich tells me that no one actually checked for damage and just replaced the obvious one of the issues that the technician fixed out the door came loose not even a minute after leaving caliber collision wich left my vehicle without power and on the side of the road until I had someone take me tools to fix the problem and I was not satisfied at all with caliber at all I will never take my vehicle there again because they don't show effort honestly the insurance company shouldn't even recomend when they dont do good work

This is the second time I’ve had to bring my Jeep in to be repaired (I think it attracts other vehicles)😩 But luckily I found these guys! They have made it look brand new both time and you’d never know it has been hit. Another huge bonus is that they always clean it up before pickup. 100% recommend them!

Caliber was amazing at getting my car damages fixed faster than quoted even with finding additional hidden damage. Chris was kind to give advice on the next steps dealing with my insurance, and Josie was great at answering every one of my million phone calls with delight and helping me with my busy schedule.
