Joe was so great! When we dropped our truck off, he went over everything in great detail, while looking the truck over with us. He gave us updates almost daily as to where they were at in the repair process. He called the minute it was done, and has been great to work with! We will definitely be back for any future repairs!

From the very moment that we had interactions with Caliber Collision, we were extremely impressed and pleased with the level of customer service that was provided. Also, they went above and beyond to accommodate the difficult situation we were in as we were traveling from out of state with a busy schedule a family reunions. When our car was broken into in Oregon, we drove for 12 hours with no passenger window. Caliber Collision staff members were so sympathetic to our situation and were able to expedite the repairs on our vehicle, even driving to another branch to retrieve a part, so we could continue on with our family reunion plans without missing a step. This was especially important as we have five kids ages 10 and under, and repairing family relationships. We cannot thank Caliber Collisions enough for their excellent workmanship and customer service. We would recommend them to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle. Thank you Caliber!
