I cannot speak highly enough about Joe and Josie! My car broke down while I was driving across the country and I was very stressed out about it. They were nice, kind, and understanding of my situation, which to me, was refreshing for a repair shop. I had lots of questions for the both of them given my situation and they answered all questions with calmness, clarity, all while providing thorough information for me to make my decisions thoroughout the process.

The team went above and beyond to get parts quickly and had already completed all other repairs so it was ready to go! We appreciated the transparency of the process and Chris was willing to answer all the many questions my husband and I had!
