Car came back earlier than expected. Looks great and they washed and even cleaned the inside. They kept me up to date with text. Great. My service person Chris was professional . Only complaint would be that when they cleaned the inside of my car they broke off the cover to my cigarette lighter. I don’t see anywhere in the car. I didn’t realize it until I got home and no I didn’t report it to the shop.

John did a good job keeping me informed. I need to look at the paint match in the daylight however and make sure all parts and sensors are correct. I picked up my Car I’m the evening time.

For the most part, I am satisfied. But after taking possession of the car on a Friday evening, driving it home, I noticed a loud noise , going over a speed bump, braking or hitting a bump. It was pretty obvious something was wrong with the suspension or something like this. Had to take it this morning back to the collision center and leave it with them Again.
