Kathy was prompt to answer my phone calls and emails. The rental car agency called and gave incorrect information, but she cleared it up right away so I was not left upset. They sent emails to let me know the progress of my car as well as phone calls. Lastly, when I went to pick up the car, they walked me around the car and made sure I was completely satisfied and answered all questions.
