I am totally satisfied with the start to end how the claim was handled. The body of the car looks great. Though I am noticing vehicle doesn’t drive the same. I need to check with the shop to see if that can be addressed

On Tuesday evening I was told the repair was complete. I went to pickup the truck on Wednesday, and the repairs did not look good, so I left the vehicle with them. Thursday evening they call today the truck was ready. I go there Friday morning and one of the items still had not been tended to. They completed the final fix while I waited at the shop. The repaired body work looks great; you would never know anything was done and it matches the rest of the body. The repaired/resurfaced/repainted wheel looks great, but now that one wheel looks far better than the other 3 wheels making it obvious that a repair was done, which should not be the case. Both the delays and the obvious repairs are frustrating.

I think they were personable and nice, but they didn’t verify the fixes before telling me 2 different times that the truck was ready to be picked up.

Lody was extremely professional and kept me informed at all times about the car repair. He coordinated with the manufacturer to order the damaged side view mirror and provided a reasonable estimate which was readily accepted by the insurance .I do appreciate the transparency and the professionalism shown by him
