The repairs look great. I appreciate being notified by text about the progress. The lady at the front desk was very kind, and the lady that spoke to me about my repairs and showed me the repairs when finished was so nice as well.

Staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. They thoroughly cleaned my car and did a really good job with repairs and even blended the paint to avoid contrast with the aging paint on the rest of my car! 10/10.

Shannon was awesome and Michelle was a doll, as always. Was less than dazzled by cleanliness of car when I came to pick it up and they had to take it back in body shop to sand out a dirt bump. It seems as though no one’s checking the cars out before the text goes through the car’s ready. Shannon made it right and she was the only one besides Michelle who cared about me or my car after my wreck. I will say for sure Shannon beats Rob every day of the week.
