The text I receive during car repair process are very helpful. The only bad news I have was from Enterprises Rental Car, after they pick me up from Caliber Collision they was unable to find my name in there computer, which was mistake from GEICO representative that forget to realised my name in the computer and Enterprise said that was nothing they be able to do for me. I make them to drop me at work. One hour before closing they call me and said my car was ready for pick up after they make me waste 2 hours during the morning unable to get the car? They loss a customer, since I own 3 car at home. About Caliber Collision experience was all good! One thing I am sure, I never will use GAICO or Enterprises in my life after the bad services they performed.

Super helpful. Such a nice job and very polite staff. Jay is amazing and so is the woman who works at your front desk with longer hair. She is so engaging and smiles a lot. Very pleasant. Will come back again if need be.
