We had a great experience from the start. The receptionist/secretary was very friendly at drop off and pickup, and answered all questions we had. The techs were also friendly and thorough, and we received updates via text, which was a convenient option. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for repairs. We also appreciated them washing our car. Our car looks brand new!

A review of my records showed me that I have used your repair service for the 3 Hondas that I owned over a period of 22 years. The first time I used your service was prior to July 2015. Each time I used you I was very satisfied with your service. The car repair was always perfect and the return time was excellent. The receptionist Melissa Hancock is phenomenal. When I called on August 3, 2020 to make an appt., I remembered her voice because she assisted me the other 2 times I made an appointment. She was always polite, thorough, and gave out good information regarding your business. She is a great asset to your company.

The door put on my vehicle appears to be a used door. It has lots of scratches on it, a few paint imperfections like it was in an accident. There are lines in several spots on the door looks like it was in an accident. Two pieces on my spoiler were loose and almost flew off my vehicle. I had to go to auto zone to buy double sided tape to put on just to make it home. My tire pressure monitoring system is not working correctly. Something tells me this car should have been brought to chevy. Super disappointed I payed all this money to get a car fixed with used parts.

The entire team at Caliber went above and beyond. I even had an issue with insurance covering last day of my rental and they offered to pay even though it had nothing to do with them. I would recommend them to anyone! Great work and better people.

Jay and Melissa were both completely awesome and made what was a horrible thing into one of the best experiences I’ve had when involved in a collision related accident. Melissa worked awesome with my family and myself regarding the payment and setting everything up. Jay was completely awesome from the estimate to when I was picking up my vehicle from the collision center. Just because the experience between the 2 of them I would recommend this collision center every time. My vehicle was fixed absolutely great and drives and looks like it was never in an accident!!
