As the matter of fact the quality of the repair deserves 10. I gave 9 because of customer service documentation quality. Basically Caliber Collision does not share a copy of the work order document that customer is signing. I had to spend several minutes explaining why I would like to get any document that would confirm that I left my car at Coliber for service. This was embarrassing experience. Typically, self-respecting car service shops give client a copy of the work order.

They made dealing with the insurance a non-issue for me. I especially appreciate that they were willing to deliver the vehicle to my house as my schedule did not allow for me to pick it up the day it was ready. Also, they kept me informed and updated by text messages throughout the process. Excellent customer service 👍.
