I left my car with Caliber and when I got me car back I my gas was lower then when I left it and my emblem on my car key was off ! I spoke with the manager and informed him I was going to make a big deal about the gas however the emblem missing off of my car raised a lot of consent and is ridiculous ....this just shows that they do not handle people items with care ! It has been over a month and I still have not hear back after they promised they would be working on reaching out to get me a replacement emblem, after several calls I am overwhelmed and wouldn’t recommend doing business at the location on Florida ave!

Everyone was very friendly. I walked in to make an appointment and they were having a brief business meeting, I think I arrived shortly after opening time. The front desk manager told me to help myself to coffee. It only took about ten minutes and instead of scheduling an appointment they were able to just do the inspection right then. They had my information from USAA already so there was hardly any paper work or questions. On my way out they even had some popcorn to send me with. For the repair it was very quick to drop off and get to enterprise, and when my vehicle was ready it was a quick process as well. I was surprised it was done in just three days even after finding some additional repairs. Most seamless car repair experience. Thanks! :)

Excellent as Jeff did a fantastic job as 2nd time used this location for bodywork and Jeff was fantastic both times as quality work but more important great customer service as he made this a good experience rather than a stressful one
