He accommodated the requests each time including when I opted for a change. Additionally, he and the technician fixed a misaligned hood with no questions or pushback. Excellent line of communication through out the entire repair process of my Lexus RX350. Felix called us several times a week to keep us up to date on all the repairs which were extensive. I have not needed to drive very much since the repair, but so far all seems to be well. My window washer fluid container was replaced as needed, but it was returned to me empty. Just a small thing.
