There was no “repair experience”. My baby Jeep was totaled. Kink in the cold steel frame. They never tore it apart to look at it. Therefore, that information COULD HAVE been given to me the day OF the accident, when we stopped for the initial estimate. I know legalities are involved with a total. I just feel robbed. And I know the kid that hit me was the culprit…not you. Now I’ll have a car payment when I’m about to retire. Total situation sucks. And I already miss my baby.

I wish I could answer. Truly. My vehicle was not repaired…it was totaled. And being my retired, heavy collision repair husband said he could fix it if he was still working, I’m sadder about it than most people probably. And I certainly don’t need a car payment when I’m about to retire in two years.🙁

They did an excellent job. My service technician kept me well informed of where we're at during the process Of having my truck repaired. The work was completed within the week that they told me it would take to finish the job. They did a beautiful job in repairing the truck and went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to work on your vehicle.

Ryan was the success story here! His incredible communication made this whole experience a winner. The workmanship was above average but not dynamic. The paint could have been somewhat better but I realize that color would be a real challenge. The gaps were also acceptable but not perfect but there again I realize this is t factory. Thanks for your help getting me back on the road.
