I cannot think of a way this process could have been smoother. The appointment was set up easily, the drop off was quick and efficient, and the rental car company was notified. When my vehicle was done, the pick up was very quick and efficient, and I was able to drop the rental car off there.

My daughters car was repaired several months ago and had to bring it back because her emblem fell off the car so when it was replaced when she got the car back it looked like they left the glue all over the hood and the new emblem. I was not to pleased, you would think they would have cleaned it up.

I would absolutely recommend your shop to anyone. I wish I didn't have to crunch up my car to use you again. There was a seamless interface between your shop, the insurance company and the rental agency. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

My passenger headlight was replaced and they never put the bulb back in, which is very dangerous and I could've gotten pulled over for it. In addition the body work was not done with care, it was a shoddy job. The bodywork is misaligned, even when I picked up my car I had to wait after pointing out a couple of areas that weren't aligned.

Everything looks great but the exhaust tip that was replaced on the driver side is not evenly mounted with the one on the passenger side. Great job besides that!
