I want to emphasize that the door issue has only happened one additional time since then, and the car itself looks great. I am very happy with the actual repair work and the paint match. I also appreciated the responsiveness of Ashley and the manager’s willingness to help with the scheduling issue. Overall, I’m glad I chose this collision center and would recommend them based on the quality of the repair and the helpfulness of the staff I interacted with. I just hope that in the future, customer concerns after a repair are approached with a little more understanding and consideration.

I recently had my car repaired at this collision center after an accident in which another vehicle hit the driver’s side of my car. There was a dent in the driver’s door and red paint transferred across the side of the vehicle. Overall, I am very pleased with the repair. The dent was completely gone, and the paint color was matched extremely well with the rest of my car. I was especially concerned about whether the paint would blend properly, so I was very happy with how it turned out. I’ve even received compliments on the paint job since getting my car back. My car was also cleaned, which was a nice added touch.

I want to recognize Ashley, the secretary, for being quick, responsive, and on top of things. She contacted me immediately after GEICO set up my appointment. When my original drop-off date had to be changed because Enterprise did not have a vehicle available at the scheduled time, the manager personally contacted Enterprise to try to work things out. I really appreciated that effort, especially because I was trying to coordinate everything around my work schedule.
