I was pleased with the repairs! I understand things out of your control happen, but changing the pickup time 3 times was annoying. Was my vehicle parked over a big ant pile? There was an ant problem when I got my vehicle back; that I didn’t have previously!

I told James multiple times to check the front right tire said he would and put on the alignment and check it. Go to pick it up says he can’t find a way to put cause to the wreck and maybe since my daughter is 17 it happened before. She was at a complete stop and got hit at 40 mph and he said the tire shows scuffs from being completely stopped. Complete BS to be candid- it was not checked vibrates worse now and not fixed and have to put it back into a shop, not caliber. It should have never left and very disappointed. Just wanted my vehicle back to the way it was before. Oh and he said he cleared out the warning lights- nope all are back on.

Was told the codes were reset- they were not. Told my tech to check the right front tire as it’s making a noise he never did then hinted at it being there before and my daughter not saying anything. The vehicle was forced 20’ into the intersection at a dead stop. Having to take it somewhere else due to work not being done. Only thing done was bodywork rest was lied about and not done.

Read comment one. Told him MULTIPLE times to check front right tire and never did then blamed it on it being that way since my daughter is 17. Told me he was able to reset all codes it’s lit up like a Christmas tree
