Sean Kerr and the Caliber Collision workers discovered additional repairs needed to be completed on our car. Their diligence in inspecting our car demonstrated extreme professionalism, and we are grateful that they have taken care of our car! Thank you for making our car safe to drive!

Receptionist isn't at all understanding why people are there. Says this is the nature of the industry when I showed up to pick up my car. This is shady but if you want to know how dissatisfied im with caliber collision call me. Already spread the word to stay away...they cheap out on repair after charging insurance company a ton of money. And I got an additional dent on the opposite side of my car that was being repaired that wasn't there prior to them working on it. Guy says I'll check intake pictures, returns and says its on the intake pics. I said show them to me. He wouldn't. Cough. Losers, bot trustworthy cheap dastardly trying to rip off insurance causing all our insurance rates to go up

I hope I never need a body shop again in my life, but i will absolutely go elsewhere of I have to.

I will acknowledge the quality of the work done was a 10/10. My issues is the quantity of the work done. My truck was in the shop for about 2 weeks. I had the smallest little ding on my bumper and a paint chip. I consider trying to fix it myself but i didnt want to risk messing up my insurance claim. Well having inspected the maintenance log provided with my bill, I am suspicious to the idea that a whole bunch of unnecessary replacements were made to jack up the price to charge my insurance company. This inconvienved me and cost myself unnecessary money and time. Also, I didn't like how I was expected to sign for my vehicle without being given an inspection first.. it felt very shady when I asked for that, the staff felt as if it was irregular to do so. So quality of work 10/10 Everything else 2/10 We average to a 6/10. I am sure other people will have a better experience than I did.

When I picked up my truck today, I brought the dust and window guards to the shop managers' attention. I have an appointment to come back next Wednesday to mitigate these repairs; however, after waiting for the sun to go down a bit, I noticed many more concerns. Driver’s side front door: 1. The front window does not close. 2. The bottom window trim comes off. 3. Paint runs in the trailing edge of the door. 4. Compound oozing from between the panel. 5. Pinholes in the seam. Driver’s side rear passenger door: 1. The bottom of the door had overspray paint on the finished paint. 2. Adhesive was used on the Weather Tech window guard. I left the two metal retaining clips in the cup holder; they are missing. 3. The adhesive is visible and spread out of the seam. Interior: 1. The adhesive used to hold the window guard in place is on the front driver’s seat and the center of the rear seat fabric. 2. There is dust everywhere. Dust is in the arm console, on the door panels, seat crevices, etc. Exterior: 1. The original trim was metal, and the body color and only the driver’s side needed to be replaced. They replaced all four with black plastic trim that doesn’t conform to the door panel and looks horrible. The pieces are not cut square. The razor cut into the paint on the driver’s side door. The quality of work and lack of attention to detail are unacceptable to me. There is no way my truck should have left the shop like this. A professional did not make these repairs.

The crew at my local Caliber did great work on my vehicle. They were in touch periodically during the repair and kept me well informed of the progress. They out me at ease from the initial consultation and I never had cause to worry. I am very satisfied with the folks at Toms River Caliber!

I wouldn’t . Between the lack of communication of what was going on with my truck and then the fact that when they painted the truck the put on a different paint that the said “this is what the manufacturer told us” even though that was not what was previously on my truck
