Good communication, explained details of repair and factors that could complicate toe repair (but not detectable until some parts removed to discover extent of internal damage to electronic components). Deliver vehicle earlier that originally estimated. Very courteous and helpful people. And they offered tasty coffee as a nice bonus. :)

Nick made a really frustrating process easy. My first accident in a truck that I absolutely love was so stressful. He was informative and always updated me on everything. My truck looks beautiful again and they even gave it back to me cleaned!! Thank you again!!
