I’ve used caliber previously and recently sent my mother in law there a few weeks ago. It’s the only place I’ll go. Staff is friendly, communicative and explained everything fully.

The person who handled my claim Shawn Kerr was an absolute 10 rating. When I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning Aug 18 He aadvised me that he will try to get the car back to me by Friday or Monday the latest which is when I picked up my car. The workmanship was awesome and he also put my car thru the car wash. It looked like a new car. I was 100% satisfied with the workmanship and also Shawn's professionalism and demeanor. It was a pleasure dealing with Shawn and Caliber. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Shawn.

Thank you for doing a wonderful job, my car looks beautiful! I want to thank Shawn Kerr for his professionalism and understanding what delays due to customers financially. And Beth is absolutely delightful. And your technicians are very talented and they made my car look showroom ready.I was advised of a few reschedulings for the completion date due to waiting on parts or the glass installer not being there on Friday 08/07/26 but came in on Saturday. That delay was very disappointing since my insurance company ended my coverage for my rental car on Friday 08/07 and would not extend it. So I had to pay out-of-pocket $30/per day plus taxes and I was also paying the taxes for the whole month on the rental. Overall, my experience with CALIBER COLLISION was very positive and I would say to your team “a job well done“. Thank you.

The job was done well, the final product wasn't. Car should have been cleaned. There was so much dust inside the car , I could have wrote my name in the dust, it was like they left the windows down when they did the work. I told the manager and he said he will blow it out. After he did that , i asked why wasn't it detailed and he said the insurance doesn't pay for that. Poor excuse , when a car goes in for body work , it should be cleaned when it comes out.

The car came out ok, when they called me for the pick up they said they did a walk through and had it detailed. That was totally false , car was so dusty inside, I could have wrote my name on the dash. Guy said the insurance doesn't cover washing it. Never heard that before
