My Experience

My Experience

Very professional operation. I appreciated your continuous communication of progress during the repair. Thanks

Likely to Recommend

The car has been returned to have these items corrected. My review could change depending on the outcome of these repairs.

Repair Quality

I was told my car repair was complete, I picked up the car, but it was definitely not completely repaired .

Customer Service

Everyone was very polite and nice. However, they did not always call when they promised nor were they easy to reach on the phone.

My Experience

Accountable and engaging, most importantly, professional staff! Megan and Pete

My Experience

Very polite and professional staff and the business seems well run. The repair looks perfect from the outside. In order for me to say that I was completely satisfied, the car would have to look how it did before the repairs. The reason why I cannot say that I was completely satisfied is due to the inside of the door having missing/light(?) paint in a few spots. There are little grey circles of missing/light(?) paint. Also, the plastic around the window switch still isn’t completely flush against the surrounding pieces even after going back to get it fixed. I assume that the window switch trim may be as close as it can get and correcting the paint issue would mean that I do not have access to my car for another period of time. Overall, I’m content enough to live with it. It is not worth it for me to leave my car again.
