Took too long. When I enquired when I could pi k up the car I was told the work was done but was going to be "Detailed". I agreed. I call the next day and it would be end of day because it needed alignment. I picked the car up at 4:30 but it was clear not detailed. After I paid the my deductable, I was told the car was parked outside. No review of the work with the company rep. They can be a lot more forthright and take a little bit of time reviewing the work on the car and the car was clearly nor detailed.

Sean & David were extremely helpful the entire process of getting my car repaired. I have had no contact with my insurance company this entire time and they helped me from start to finish, I’m so grateful for them! The repair work that was done looks perfect and I’m so happy and relieved to have my car back and looking like brand new. I would recommend using Caliber Collision to everyone. The obvious repair was 2nd class and should have been noticed before calling me To pickup. I hope the second time around is Better, than I can say “Caliber did a GREAT job till then On a scale of 1 to 10 you get a 6.

Caliber Collision is top tier. They are so helpful and accommodating. The experience from start to finish was stress free. I was given updates on the status of my car. If I ever need car repairs I will definitely be bringing it back
