Very satisfied with the quality of the work. The office staff and everyone I was in contact with were extremely helpful, friendly, and supportive of my concerns. I had taken my vehicle to another shop in the area and felt like they could care less if I was there or not! When I walked into the Topeka shop, Lexi made me feel right at home, and Gary took time to explain what the process would be and took good care of my truck! I hope I never have need for their services again, but if I do I know where I am going! Thank you

Everyone there was informative, respectful, and friendly. It was stressful not having our vehicle while waiting for repairs, but I was left reassured after speaking with Gary and Zack whenever I called in. Again, their helpful, unbothered tone was always a relief. The work they did was great on my Escape and everything is back to working as it should!
